Your health is directly related with the food quality you consume. Growing your own food is healthier, better for the environment, more profitable and safer easier and faster due to the fact that it doesn't require you to fill pots with soil. Not to mention all the benefits that gardening provides such as: elevating your mood, preserving cognitive function, improving motor skills, and helping to cultivate a stronger sense of purpose.
People of all ages and abilities (particularly seniors or retirees) and those with special needs - The autistic, individuals with mental or physical disabilities or addiction issues and just those 'going through a rough patch' on their journey, can benefit from horticultural therapy as well.
